You can follow the instruction given, it really depends on your plant need, most of the time i dose more than the required!

typically plant took about 1-4ppm a day. Use the calculator on the link above you should be able to find how many ml to dose. You might still need to tweak here and there slightly depending on you plant mass.

i have some Potassium Nitrate (KNO3) and POtassium Dihydrogen Phosphate (KH2PO4) residuals that was passed on to me and may i know what is the dosage for my 3 by 1.5 by 1.5ft tank? thanks!
