How many Harlequin Rasboras can be kept in a 45x20x25 cm tank?

How many harlequins can I fit into a 22G 45x20x25 tank? I'm hoping for at least 10, nice to watch them school.

Biotope has a 24G with at least 15 of them in a school, so I presume that should be ok?

Tank look a bit small for me to house harlequin rasboras. Though I had neons/cardinals in a 60*45*30 cm tank before.

If I were you I would keep mosquito rasboras, or fishes of that size.

8 - 15 will be a good number, of course still can fit more but more fishes you house, more food you have to feed them, more waste/dirt will produce, and more frequent you have to do water change. A 3-room HDB can fit more than 20 peoples, you get what I mean
