I have it at 3 bps.

Here's an update for you all if anyones interested.

Got fed up with the glossostigma overtaking everything. Its a beast!!!
    So went mad at it....
This is it as of a couple of days ago

Look!! There are actually rocks under it Just going to stick with a HC meadow in the middle now. Need to let that spread and let the stems fill more.
Not really sure about the stems though. The left side seems very ADA aquarium which I like, but thew right is starting to look like a Dutch style, especially when the rotala grows more.

    Not sure what to do...

No deficiencies in this tank mate. Not anymore anyway
Any "yellowing" in the newest pictures is probably from the Echinodorus tenellus starting to turn reddish after cutting them back.

Coming on nicely. I envy your ability to grow plants so well. Its somewhat of a struggle for me, still on the trial and error learning curve myself.

Thank you, but I really think it is down to the EI dosing method.
I can't tell enough how good it is. I got the thick glosso rug in about 2 weeks!! Just had to keep trimming it.
And now, because of the great start I gave the plants, I've lowered the lighting to just 2 of the 54W tubes and half dose what I was. I even skip some days dosing and it doesn't hurt at all. Do one 30% water change a week and only getting a bit of green spot algae on the glass.
Low maintenance already I feel... Well, compared to what I have had to do before

Thanks for the comments. Post new pictures once the carpet has filled out and I trim everything.

    Thanks.

Been a while since an updated picture so here it is.
Got rid of all the glossostigma as it was choking all the other plants. HC Cuba has grown quick and the lower growth has really given that imposing canyon look in the middle.
