Any brothers out there to give suggestion of adding more plants? Seems that I still have not plant enough for the background.

One more things to note plants are from Mizu world, excellent quality plus reasonable price!

Is that a crypt parva lawn you have there? Can't quite tell from your shots.

I think you lack a background, as you said. Could do with a few background plants or more height atleast at the back to fill out. If your going for a lawn affect i think it could be planted a bit more to really achieve the full lawn.

No, not a crypt. Those were pogostemon helferi (downoi) and trying it for the first time. Actually I going for a lawn effect but didn't know that it's not enough till you told me thanks.

I know thats Downoi, i meant the other plant looks like C. parva? Which is that plant.

And yes, for a lawn of anything you could do with planting a little more densely, allowing them to grow into each other more, providing more of a generous covering of a lawn.

Huh, your using Crypt Wendtii 'Mi Oya' as a foreground plant? Mine is about 20cm high and has green and red/brown leaves. I'm confused, and i don't think its a suitable forground plant, unless you have a big big tank and can afford to use up space with large plants as a foreground

You sure its not Crypt. parva? It looks strikingly like it

It should be Echinodorus tenellus (dwarf sword).

Foreground feels a bit bare and overall the whole tank can be planted more fully.

The stones can be shifted so that they hide the 'legs' of the Echinodorus and Crypts.

No, no, no... The foreground consist of downoi and e.tenellus.

Simple mis-reading i think then, the E.Tenellus was what i meant looked like C.parva Never mind.

In that case - WOW your Mi Oya is vibrant red! Mine is dark green on top with a red/copper tint underneath. Nothing like the vibrant red you have in yours!

Mi Oya is near the extreme left rock and just in front of echinodorus.

Righto. Mine grows insanely different to yours then. Although i have a lot of crypts in my tank, so i may have it confused with another one

Guys, any idea what plant to put for the background? I can't think of any at the moment.

Your tank looks quite deep, why not carry out the echinodorus theme and get a couple more for the back. Perhaps different ones?

EDIT: Echinodorus Red Rubin, Echinodorus Red Flame, Echinodorus Ozelot, Echinodorus Schlueteri

Progressing well! Some candid comments if you don't mind:

(1) The tiger lotus appears pretty claustrophobic under the DW. Is it on purpose?
(2) Is that moss on the right of your vertical tube? It's rather messy.
(3) Would look better if your E Tenellus proliferates a little more.
