I personally think that chiller is a very waste of money. I now pay money to chill myself only.
Possible solution might be in future when getting a house, stick tp one that is very high rise even 40sty.

For new housing estate the roof top is no longer heaty anymore, new material to dissipate heat.Try to avoid those top floors... usually more heaty

Crude oil decrease & they peg electricity to forward fuel prices? Or natural gas? Or Eventually they're the same? Even CNG gases are peg to sulfur oil?
Still don't understand the rise yet.
