    Hi,
Got some F1 photos to share. Most of my photos didn't turn out well and the fence didn't help. Please don't laugh hor

    Richard,
The color seems very saturated. Did you do anything to it??

    Luenny,
Nothing special done, just some contrast and sharpening.

    Nicholas,
I was at Padang Grandstand, but the seats are so cramp and shooting angle so bad, I went to turn 8 to shoot instead, they are slower at the turn.
I wanted to say "Happy Working" but didn't want to rub it in

    chee yong,
Out of the 1000+ photos, only a handful turn out quite "ok"
I was on manual focusing the whole time, when using AF,
it tends to focus on the fence.

    Chee Yong,
No planning, just walk around till find a less crowded spot. Managed to get a stool to stand on. The seat at the stand was quite hopeless, small and cramped with too many people walking about. I was using AF at first, but result was bad till a guy next to me told me to try MF (he was using MF too). At least it was better.

When all the shots show fence, that's a sign to stop shooting or move to somewhere where the fence isn't so visible.

    Luenny,
There's very little place where there is no fence. The only places without fence are blocked off for official photographers. I even see some official photographers shoot thru the fence, most likely the official area are over crowded.
I think the only option is your equipment, whether it's sufficient to blur out the fence so it wouldn't show (too much). At the beginning I was using my 55-250mm to shoot, as you can see from the picture 4 to 8 the fence was quite prominent. When I switch to the 400mm, I was able to blur out the fence to a certain degree, picture 1 to 3.

Go very very near to the fence. That way you'll blur it out even with 250mm.

Problem is, we are not allowed near the fence. There is another barrier blocking us
It was about 1 to 2 meter between the barrier and the fence.
So sad, such an event screwed up by the stupid fence
