    Hello all!!
Been a busy boy with my tank, some of you might remember the last 'scape i showed here
    http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ad.php?t=45072
Didn't last too long. Growing lovely and looked great, I just ripped it out as i had more ideas
Here it is as at the moment

Plan on adding more gravel and carpeting plants to the foreground to make it more natural looking.

Have rotala wallichii and rotundifolia at the back growing and eleocharis vivipara to add height.

    Just need it to grow!!!!

    Thanks.

You do not have to add gravel and carpeting plants, the contrast between the white sand, wood and green plants is awesome as it is.

What you can do is add more wood to the background of both sides to create more depth and also add stem plants like what you have mentioned, I will also recommend vallis.

You may want to trim the ferns on the left as I feel that they are a little overpowering at the moment and get more rocks with moss to place in front of the wood.

Lots of potential in this scape, if only I had a 4ft tank to play with too!

Love this scape as it's neater than your previous one... your vision is clearly communicated without confusion and "messiness". The challenge now is to resist all the temptations to just add another plant

    Re: new 'scape. 120cm

    Thanks guys.
I do enjoy the super clean look "ADA" of the sand and rocks border, but I really want to experiment with getting it looking more like a stream bed, with some cobles and pebbles. Definitely be adding more stones with moss.
Also hoping to get some little accent pieces with fissidens on them.
Te main "log" at the back is covered in flame moss so it should be quite a pretty sight once is grown....eventually

Know just what you mean Jervis, No more plants!!!

    Thanks.
