Pondering over a major rescape (planted rock garden tank).

Since this would likely require 10-20 rocks (majority double fist sized, a few 3 times larger), is there a LFS or farm that is known for selling rocks at a cheap price? I would like to find either the brown sandstone-like (but not sandstone ok) rock or the smooth dark brown rock types.
