    Hi All,

I am intend to keep tetras, danios, and rasboras in my 3 by 1.5 by 1.5 and how many pieces, maximum, that you think i can afford to accomodate with my relatively modest tank.

Guess these are relatively tiny creatures....Right now i have:

    - 20 x cardinal tetras
    - 8 x zebra danio
    - 9 x black neon tetras
    - 6 x harlequin rasbora
    - 10 x trigonostigma espei
    - 10 x metallic green rasbora (yet to identify)
    - 4 x ottos
    - 4 x SAEs

Total 71 pcs in the tank.
    Many thanks!

For small fish, the general rule of 1 - 1.5 inch per gallon is ok.

Is it heavily planted? You will have to +/- the number of fish depending on how much space is available.

guess i have slightly overstock.. my estimate is that the tank is 40% covered with flora and 60% left works out to be about 30gal. Maybe max of 45 pcs...?

Just remember to clean up filter regularly due to the high bio load.

    Cheers

hi pal, ur slightly overloaded with fish. + if a planted tank then you got to do more regularly cleaning as their waste will pollute the water faster

I would take out the SAEs... they grow big.. and 4 in a 3ft tank will be too many...
