Got babies from Hero Cichlid! Help needed!

Hi all,

I got a batch of 4 wild hero cichlids a while back. Just discovered a pair of them has free swimming fries. As they are in a tank with arowanas, silver dollars and uarus, I took out the parent holding the fries and put them in another tank alone. Should I keep the parent with the fries? And what's the best thing to feed these fries? I tried daphnia yesterday and they seem to take it. Any advice appreciated. Inexperienced and new dad here!

They brood care so should be fine with leaving the parents with the fries. But i would choose to remove the male and leave the female with the fries instead.

You can micro worms, hatching baby brine shrimps for them too. Or try the powdery ADA AP1 gold.
