hi guys, recently got back to apistogramma. and grabbed yixiang's young pair of agasizzi netz.
today is they 4 they are in my mossy tank.. very skittish currently.. try to take some close up pictures but everytime i get too near, they went into hiding.. so i got no choice but to take some blurry pictures with zoom while i stay far away..
the pair are on a diet of hikari frozen bloodworm(washed properly before feeding) and NLS grow pellets.

    getting ready to flare..

    flaring.

will try to get clearer picture once they are less skittish..

Very beautiful tail pattern. The white band is so symmetrical.

By the way, how do you know its a "Netz"?

genes: this is an F1 from a wild pair that came misided by Biotope as 'Tefe' variant. The parents were ided by Mike Wise over at apistogramma.com to be 'Netz' (See http://forum.apistogramma.com/showthread.php?t=7595)

Evo: he's developed very well! Glad he's looking so beautiful! I'd venture to say that he's potentially looking more beautiful than his dad.

thanks genes. the strong tail colouration only comes when it flare at the mirror.
