Used a light diffuser mesh to make sure it is a firm background. Small hole soft mesh to cover the top of light diffuser and tied with cable tie. Four suckers to stick to glass. Lay over with plant and fishing line to secure.

yes pelia, but normal type. had to keep the length of glass wall away from the wood to facilitate cleaning since the tank is a hall divider.

It's spacious for sure... I just wonder if algae will get a foothold with such low plant mass. But of course it's all about the husbandry and bioload in the end of the day. Glad you're enjoying your Altums... I'm not that lucky

I am also having Altums, currently in quarintine stage. Am planning to start a new 3ft x 1.5 x 1.5 tank (only available next week). Am learning and looking for some ideas.

Seems like alot of plants for the hardscape. I think more crypts at the base would be nicer. I skip the hairgrass, they tend to be thin out from trimming over time. Likewise, I skip the bolbitis and red lotus. You could put more crypt variants closer to the moss wall if you want variation.
