how to DIY PL E- ballast?????????????//

Wish to convert my present FL ballast
to PL E-ballast.
does anyone noe where to obtain the E-ballast?
Plus the Circuit digram ?

Electronic ballast for PL- normally refering to the 36W type for planted tank, can be purchase at DIY shops or electrical shop($20+). There are 2 types, 1x36W type or 2x36W, in a single unit. E Ballast can also be use for FL. Just choose the right wattage(e.g 20W FL, 20W E Ballast). Connection is very simple- 2 points for live & neutral, the other 4 points to the 4 pins on light(For FL, pin 1 & 2 on one side, pin 3 & 4 on the other side. Don't need starter). A diagram will normally shown on the E ballast itself. Advantage of using E ballast over the normal type is it generates less heat & save more energy. No flickering of the light also.
