Other than stress... is there anything that will make her drop the eggs? I have already stopped the DIY CO2. PS the other pregnant shrimp does not have this problem and in fact she has 20+ eggs with her.

Check out your water parameters, quality and temperature, it is likely that they are not suitable. Also some growth food will cause them to molt and when they molt, they will pull out some eggs.

The pregnant shrimp that i meant to have 20+ eggs also did the same today. Yesterday was still full loaded. I suspect is the mosura mineral plus beacuse it will increase the GH but i did only a few drops each day for a 1.5ft tank. Althought I do add a few drops of Wonder-Gro Pro Macro+ together with the mosura mineral plus but i do not think that is the problem. Total lost about 30~40 eggs.
For info, both shrimp are about near to 2cm long.

I don't know what shrimps are you referring to and what type of enviroment you are keeping them, so if your enviroment is bad, drop eggs is expected and even dead pregnant shrimps can be common

I am keeping my CRS at GH=4, GH is increased by coral chip and Mineral Plus, in fact I am seeing an increase in survival rate of fries, previously the Gh was too low (at 1 to 2). I dont dose fert, I dont inject CO2.

Is the plant in your tank about to take the fert you are dosing and since there is no CO2 injection? Might well also stop the fert, accumulated unused fert can be bad.

Mine tank is a CRS hino tank. Used to have 12 shrimps from home breeder. One dead caused by OTO sucking on it thought it was a algae wafer leftovers. The another one i thinking maybe beacuse i changed the inlet to a sponge. Left 10 shrimps and thought those 2 pregnant ones could do somethings but now... I feel very sad these few days.

Sad to hear about your loss. Coincidentally, I also have 12 crs, of about hino grade. But none are pregnant yet.

    I kept mine at 24C.

My I know what's the temperature you maintain for them?

24/7 using dymax fan. 0.5W only. Temp range from 26~28. I wonder if i did add cold water as topup in the morning or beacuse of the new GEX food i bought from NA. Most of the time i see pregnant shrimps all about 1.7cm above and their tails all tilted up. I'm clearing my riccia carpet for just plain soil land. I think is better for them.
Lastly, does high iron forming thread algae in tank causing my shrimps to drop eggs? I saw some on the newly formed moss wall.

Do try your luck at such a high temperature for high grade CRS. Use of fan causes evaporation and top up of water can causes some stress to shrimp. And you are blowing dust into your tank. Get yourself a chiller.
CRS is a sub-tropical shrimp, don't give them tropical temperature. The topic of CRS temperature has been discussed many times. For their well being, they need 24 to 25C max.

I have already in place a small breeding partition at one side so that when i pour in the water into the partition, it will not affect the shrimps. High temperature also can breed CRS but the birth rate lower only.

Hair Algae can trap shrimps, a few times, I saw they have hard time to get out of hair algae mass, it is harmful to them. Reduce nitrate and prosphate to reduce hair algae.
