unknown grass ID

recently noticed some of these unknown grass growing on relaid soil of my workplace's carpark area. Anyone have any idea if these are singapore moss and can they survive submerged?

Confirm they are moss.. but isit singapore moss den not too sure.. u could try cut a piece n put into a taohuay container, cover with a thin layer of water n cover it.. opening the cover every few days to air it.. if it grows den can be kept submerge la.. keke.. dunno if i correct
