Setup on Hailea 150A Chiller

Hi Guys

Just something to confirm the setup of my chiller for my crs tank (2ft 5-plan). When i switch on the chiller the first time i press and hold on the SET button for a few seconds and the reading will blink. Then i set the degree to 24 and press SET again to confirm the temperature. After that i press and hold the 2 arrows button together for a few seconds and adjust the reading to -1.0.

After 1 night, the chiller reading is 24.4 degree and the tank thermometer reading is 25+ degree. Is it correct?

observe over a few days to find the difference in tank temperature and chiller temperature readings. compensate the chiller setting to achieve the desired tank temperature.

I just bought a TECO TR5 (New Product). I put it up for my 2 ft tank. Same as u bro. I set the temp at 24 degree but my digital thermometer show 25.5. I think this is normal ?

Ya the tank degree will read 25 degree although u have set the chiller to 24 degree. If i'm not wrong you also compensate the degree by -1. So chiller show 24 degree the tank will show 25 degree.
