yup... with the scenes... but the 1st decade cannot play skirmish mode... and no map editor... tiberian sun onwards can play skirmish...

I agree. Although my present pc could still play RA3, I can't increase the graphic detail or else the gameplay will slow to a crawl. Anyone know where I could look at the spec for a high end diy pc?

You can try heading down to Sim Lim Square to check out custom-made CPU. I believe is usually cheaper than commerical brands and you can actually focus mainly on what you intend to make use of the computer. For Instance, you can custom-made your own CPU for playing games. Choose your own graphic cards, drives etc etc....
But if you are going for commerical brands, I think that Dell or HP would be alright. Apple is for working. But thumbs up for Apple cause I really like it when I am doing work. Its actually better. I still prefer Apple

mostly the spec that they give are the minimum requirement. but this is just like a chicken n egg situation,invest more=better graphics....
Well actually can go Sim Lim square and see the price-list of all the parts, then choose the median pricing add up we will have a median spec PC. The rest will be more $ the better.
Most important is the Graphics card. only 2 - ATI or Nvidia. Anything more than $300 is good stuff.
Alternatively and the more professional way is to get THE PC Gamer magazine. (The US version), they provide 3 specs of PC (enrty level to gamers paradise) and list down the individual components. Very reliably done up report.
