ADA release this thermometer recently, they didn't advice the price but I guess around $20? Quite nice and different I will say, but I doubt how practical it is... Guess my Oto or pleco will push this from 1 end to the other end

It's great thinking, at lease you don't have to wet your fingers to remove the thermometer. No more batteries to replace after the digital figures disappear at the busiest time.

Then again, there's a little print with ADA on it.

    Your choice

    Cheers!

Unique! Thinking out of the box... Practical or not, i'm not sure. Assuming its glass, I'm afraid the clipping part may break off easily when hit. But no doubt, an interesting design.

And right on, on the no wetting fingers part. I hate it when the suction pads fail and the thermometer drops to the bottom. That not only wetting the fingers but the whole arm.

well, erh.. buy a fishing hook, stuff it through a rubber piece. then stuff the cheap little thermometers you can buy at the LFS onto the rubber piece... hang it on. isn't it the same?

They have different models, range from 5mm to 15mm thickness. Different length too.

    Shadow,

    Good idea
Suggest to ADA and if they take the suggestion...Perhaps you can put your name on it

Then can we expect "ADA + Shadow" printed on the skimmer? Cool!
