Hi, I can't comment on airlines etc... but i was at goldfish street earlier this week, there were 2 places that seemed to have abundant L numbers, I don't read chinese that well, so names are a bit hard. but they had stock such as L134, L200 (both), mango, rustys, all sorts of panaque, and several of the unidentifyable species Hypan.. ranging fron 200 to 1000HKD per piece, the shops were about the halfway mark on the road if that helps. good luck!
But the guy at the LFS said "they'll be FINE together!"

I saw loads of juvenile royals, I picked up an L191 about 8cm for $200hkd.
As for pufferfish, I know nothing about them, but I have seen a few tanks with them.
