i saw a new LFS at the location of Changi Road ( towards Joo Ciat Complex ) along the left side of the shop house.
if i'm not wrong, there used to be a LFS selling Discus. Will be popping by this evening to check it out after work.

its seems like a take over. just started only. saw quite a numbers of discus in the shop. a tiny planted tank at the main door. not much equipments.
its before jamiyah children home towards joo chiat road.
