Looks stunning already. How long has the tank been running? Its either slightly matured already or you planted heavy to start with.

    I like this alot, beautiful.

You might want to increase the mass of your Rotala rotundifolia to help buff up the thickness of your scape.

The idea is nice but it seems a little too thin. You would have to trim it to thicken its mass, that way it'd look nice.

Just my 2 cents. Do keep us updated.

I guess the tank still needs time to thicken. It will look great when the 2 spaces (left and right of the center piece) grows more. Or is that your purpose of keeping it empty?

    1) growing very slowly for some plants. others growing crazily. should i start to trim now so that the growth will be thickened?

    2) realise my hc , downoi and some other plants turning yellow or "melting". i do add brighty K, brighty step 1, ECA, Green Gain... so why is it still happening?

.I too agree with raytan12, do some triming for awhile till your background plants thickens, then you have a better idea.

I have not seen this plant before, the 3rd pic of your first posting. What is the name of the plant? The one with the round leaves

HC and downoi are usually grown emersed ( someone pls verify)

so when you first place them in your tank, they will melt somehow or another

the latter one looks more unique! but i think it'd look nicer if you fill the whole wood with moss as the wood's shape is quite unnatural(no offense).

subwassertang on certain strategic locations on the wood would look nice too!

    wow nicely done ''road'' !!

i think if you use plants to kind of block out the 'end' of the trail would add on to its mystery as you cannot see the end of the path!
