    Hi All,

After being poisoned by my buddy, I just HAD TO setup my first ever 2ft tank.

The glasso is newly planted a few hours before taking the pictures.

I find my tank extremely amateur-ish, really dont know how you guys set up such nice scapes.

    Anyway, this is my tank.

I don't find your tank extremely amateurish... you are extremely humble

It's a nice scape... you manage to make the tank looks larger than 2ft

Did u buy the driftwood with moss or DIY? Think u must have spent a lot on the US fissidens in the middle. Or I bet it should be the most expensive plants in the tank so far.

that moss is a spiky moss, bought from C328.
At first, turned on only 48Watts of my T5 lights and they turned brown.
I turned on all 4 of my lights and increase to 96 watts and they started growing.

I am using the GEX shrimp substrate.

I bought that driftwood at C328 already with moss, but it wasnt so nicely grown, just barely grown.

The US fissiden was bought from pasir ris, also barely grown.
It is on a lava rock and spent about 3 months in my already decommissioned 10 litres (less than 1 ft) nano tank.

I am new to this, so i dont know if the price i paid for the fissiden is expensive, it cost me 18 dollars.

You got yourself a well setup tank there. You know what to do to get your moss back in shape, well done.

    Bro,

no secrets. I am a newbie.
i bought a DIY CO2 cannister from nutrafin, no fertilisers at all.

To tell you the truth, when you guys talk technical, it confuses me.
Especially the testing portion with chemical names. blur man!!!!

Actually, there is something i wanna ask you guys.
i am running a small fan, managed to lower to 27 degrees celcius.
If i change to a bigger and more powerful fan, does it mean that i can lower my temp?

    Thanks!!!!

In term of temperature wise, the temp should be around room temp. Dun think it will go any lower if your room temp is not low. I think u will have to top up more water instead with a bigger fan due to a faster evaporation rate.
