Need help to organise fishes into two tanks, correct me if I am wrong.
Which bunch of fishes for each tank? this is what I planned.

First one - (this is nano tank, 1 feet long and tall 5 plan cube)
    1) 4 x Scarlet badis
    2) 3 x BumblebeeGoby
    3) 1 x orange tetra( dont know the exact name)
    4) artifical grasslike plant.
    5) Overhead filter integrated pump combo.

Second one - (2 feet traditional tank)
    1) 1 x Pangasius catfish
    2) 3 x dwarf gouramis
    3) 2 x small goldfish
    4) 1 platy
    5) one artifical corner Tree trunk and one Java Fern.

Intending to get some albino cory for 2 feet tank. Subtrate is pebble like rough soil.

It really depends on what you actually intend to achieve.

But just based on my personal preference of housing fishes of similar husbandry or geographical wise, here are my 2 cents worth.

First one - (this is nano tank, 1 feet long and tall 5 plan cube)
    1) 4 x Dario dario (scarlet Badis)
    2) 3 x Bumblebee goby
    3) 3 x dwarf gouramis
(Not the most voracious eaters, so they would be better off together)

Second one - (2 feet traditional tank)
    1) 2 x small goldfish
    2) 1 platy

I would probably give up the following,

    1. orange tetra - What tetra is this? Tetras are generally schooling fishes, so a lone tetra is going to be rather stressful, unless you are planning to add more of them. Six of them is recommended but... bioload of the first tank would be too heavy, and there is a possibility of being swallowed by the goldfish in the second tank.

    2. Pangasius catfish - These can grow really huge. Although they may grow slowly initially, you will definitely need to have plants of rehousing them in time to come. They are actually more suitable for really really large ponds.
