Sighting request: Where to find Dennerle black quartz?

May i know does Dennerle black quartz have the same effect as Aqua Soil?
Any idea where to get Dennerle black quartz?

I hate Aqua soil as it seem to break down as time go by

They are quartz, no effect on the water and does not break down.
Can be washed and reused if need to.
