    im using a new water filter , the out put seems very strong ...

    the out put of the water too strong .

    its causing my sand to have like become "parting of the red sea" effect ..


    any bros can share what i can do ? thanks .

    i notice you are using a top filter. Ever thought of elbowing the output away from the bottom. I guess you are pointing your output towards the bottom.

    Suggestion: get a elbow from 328 and install a rain bar. That should do the trick.

    if you use rain bar, becareful.... water might flow out from the top of your overflow filter..... overhead filter is not air tight so if the water cannot flow out faster or equal to the inlet, the water will flow out from the top of the filter instead.... and you will have a waterfall...

    Reaverx, alternatively you can also first down size your power head. see what the others has to say first then take the correct action
