What if the enviroment you staying with not clean up totally? The answer is obvious bro! Bettas are like other aquatic fishes. They too need water changes. Usually once 3 to 4 days at the rate of 50% change. Just to share.![]()

To Love & To Forgive...
haha.. that aquarium is physco ing you to buy the fish by explaining to you that the fish is very easy to take care.. Yes, no doubt the fish is very hardly and easy to take care, BUT it too has its needs to take care of.. Water to fish is just like air to us.. so it is very important for their general well being..How often you change the water will depends on many factor.. that is whether or not you have a filter in the tank and how huge your tank is? For me..i will change every 2 days..
i agree with slypower50, water quality is important to all fish even betta despite of their reputation to be a very easy fish to care for. I usually change around 60% of my bettas tank water every 2 to 3 days and having a 100% water change every week or so...
what water you used ? aged water with anti chlorine ?
Directly from the tap, using a container (red pail) and a air stone with pump to aerate it for at least 3 days.. That all..
