Actually a big problem with the anti-chlorine is that it does more harm than good. Your water supply in your area might be having more chloramine in the water. Meaning to say that adding anti-chlorine would remove the chlorine, but the ammonia compound is now in the water, leading to ammonia poisoning.

Your best bet is to stop using anti-chlorine and go for solutions like seachem prime or oceanfree waterguard. Even if you stand the water overnight, ammonia does not dissipate easily.

i really dont understand why when ever fishes died after WC, PUB always got blame for it

the chemical in local water is known to all, its up to the fish keeper to understand the hobby and take necessary precaution to keep its hobby going and going.

I agree that anti chlorine might not be the best solution...what i would choose to do might be to leave the water to stand for a day or 2 while bubbling air through....=) but thats my 2 cents worth...

Correction, I using Aqua Plus which stated that it remove chorine & chloramine. I got a 2L of it, so dosing is always more.

Bro relax, I'm not aiming saying that is PUB fault, that's why i need people to analyse for me on where is the problem, so as to allow me to learn something.

As it is for a 1ft tank, I always use water from my uPure.
