I think you check the brand of your light set first with some LFS such as Nature Aquarium or Petmart to see if they have such parts. If not, they can order from their suppliers.
my 2 feet lighting stands cannot for my tank properly as its clamp on type .
does anyone know where i can buy these stands ?( circled )

I have seen a universal light holder at one of the fish farm at pasir ris a long time ago.
It clamps the side of your tank and the light will just sit on top of it.
Cost something like $8 or $10.
So if it is a small light, might as well buy a new one.
