fish tank wall having white tiny spots

tiny white spots can't really see unless i go really near to the tank .

Is the white tiny thing that you stated moving,if not it may be just those normal fungus clinch on the side of the glass which is very normal if you direct the water flow straight into the glass directly OR If its moving which u try to observe it at a closer distance ,it may either be planaria whiteworms or cyclobs(White Bugs that jump/leap) which are normally harmless and are caused by excess protein or nutrients like those leftover foods unneaten in the tank and perhaps you can try to get come tetras to feed on them
