18C is very low lieh. You work in a server room? Chiller room?
Hehe...
I think no manager with a right mind will allow a tank in a server room.
Unless... You are the manager![]()

Bro pushing my luck to keep a tank in my office already, bring in marine meaning need more equipment, can not lar, later boss say you want job or fish tank how ??
as i'm working at basement, no cold air escape from here, so the temp in the whole basement very cold. we also have a server room here, but that is in a seprate room.

18 C too low?!
Not for most shrimp. Certainly cherries and CRS will thrive. Breeding will slow down, but the shrimp will be quite happy. Aquatic mosses will thrive at that temp. Many barbs particularly those from Myanmar) will be happy, as well as many killies. I can vouch for Aphyosemion striatum, Fundulopanchax gardneri nigerianus and Aplocheilichthys normani at "low" temperatures. Nearly all danios will thrive and possibly breed at that temperature. White clouds, of course prefer such temperatures. Anything from Southern Brazil will do well - Corydoras paleatus for example. If you want something really interesting, try Gymnogeophagus balzanii or Geophagus rhabdotus. You have a lot of options if you want a tank of cool-water fish and plants.

I agree.. if my tanks can naturally achieve that kind of temperature.. dont know i will be how happy.
Lots of things will thrive.. moss and shrimp especially.
I've collected moss from waters as cold as 3-4 degrees
