How to introduce shrimps into tank?
Cheers!
I recently added Yamato's to my tank after my previous batches went to shrimp heaven. 1st thing I noticed on 3 of the 6 was that they started to change the colour to a reddish/pinkish hue! 2 days later, 1 joined it's predecessors! And today, another one went down that same path! I'm wondering if the colour change means anything. Not to be cruel but they looked like cooked prawns in pink, if you know what I mean!
I thought they're quite hardy? I've decided no more shrimps should any more of them go to shrimp heaven! Will stick to the hardy fish!![]()

Juggler's tanks
Thanks juggler. I had no previous problems with my earlier batches but they eventually ended up as food! Hoping now, the remaining guys stick around for their natural duration, of course, with me hopefully making it conducive for them! Hehe!
I was just at Polyart and saw a Bamboo shrimp dead in the tank, it also looked "cooked"
Normal, all dead shrimps will look cooked
