These are dwarf shrimps. Same size as cherry and CRS.

Try to search online for more info about this species, mostly recommend to keep them above pH7.

How are they doing in your tank?

7 survived 3 went sleeping. New tank not properly cycled yet. Should had put them in the shrimp tank instead.

The PH for the tank is 6.4.

Been reading, but found little information on how to breed it. Seems like it belongs to the same family as the green shrimp and malayan shrimp - Caridina cf. babaulti . It prefer either hard and alkaline, or soft and acid. After reading the article, I start to guess my green shrimps are the same family and not dark green shrimp

Got it at less than $2 a piece.

Same here, not much info about this shrimp, only found out the scientific name is Caridina cf. babaulti "stripes".

I got the last pack from Richard, he mention there will be more coming in.
Tested the water in the pack, it read as pH 6.4, GH 3, KH 5.

Saw 2 bags of 3 each at C328, but labelled "Zebia". Wonder if they are the same?
Kind of look like the pictures here, if i remember correctly. Anyone dropping by C328, please help take a look!

Guys, please kindly try not to turn this into a sighting report thread. We have the LFS Sighting sub-forum for these. Thanks!

Just got my share last night. These India Zebra shrimp seemed to be much smaller size as compared with cherry shrimps. Got also some free India Zebra shrimplets too, they are very tiny.

In my pack, some of them have tinted pink hue, the other are light greyish-white after placing them in my tank.

Did some water measurement on the pack.
    kH - 1
    gH - 4
pH - ?? Forgot to test it
