My 3 ft Planted Tank

Hi guys, hope to get some advice and comment on my planted tank and also maybe some indentify some of my plant as I not really sure of the names of some of them

Tank Size: 3feet x 18inches x 18 inches
Filter: Eheim Pro 2222
Light: 4 x 39W T5HO, 2 6500k light on for 5 hours with 2 8000k light on for another 3 hours.
CO2 injection: 4bps
Substrate: Mix of GEX green and red pack soil

Fauna:
50+ mosquito rasbona (Boraras urophthalmoides)
3 Otocinclus
6 mix guppies (they are quite good in controlling thread algae)
horn snails, ramshorn snails, cherry shrimps
