Blog on some endemic crabs of Singapore

In view of the recent interests in crabs, here is a blog about some of the endemic crabs of Singapore, primarily Johora singaporensis, Parathelpusa maculata, and Geosesarma nemesis. A very interesting read about the habitat and behaviour of these crabs, but some of them are already critically endangered.

Please note that it is illegal in Singapore to remove native animals from their habitats without a permit from National Parks Board.

Echoing the above, please kindly leave them alone in the wild if you come across them, so that the scientists could research and study them, where future steps could be done to prevent their loss from our shores.
