Y618 should have it.

What is the temperture to keep those snail? my discus tank Temperture is at 30 - 31 degree.

I seriously don't think your Yamato killed your fishes.

unfortunately you can't select snail sex because snails are hermaphrodites although can't self fertilize.
Will they laying egg even if it is not fertilize?

oops, too late to see this advice, as I already bought another 5 today.
but they are rather small.
do you know how big before they mature to lay eggs and how do the eggs look like.
i also have some sakura shrimps inside.
can they take care of the eggs if layed?
also an oto inside as well, but he is quite laid off because of the 20 deg temperature.
please advice.
thanks.

bro wllm33..
you can consider sell to me..hehe..im interested to get it..where you stay??

Bristlenose catfishes and nerite snails....they are quite combination for clearing algae on glass IMO.
Zack
Planted tank: Melanotaenia Lacustris, Melanotaenia Parkinsoni, Melanotaenia Praecox, Glossolepis Incisus, Melanotaenia Maccullochi, Melanotaenia Boesemani, Iriatherina Werneri, Barilius Canarensis

i got two of those snails and they cleaned the algae on my nana leaves nicely!
still monitoring how they are doing on the glass algae.
auntie says "horn snail"...
another website says "bumble bee horn snail". same as nerite snail?

I used to have a nerite but they are ineffective against thread algae, but gsa or brown algae should be fine.
however they tend to hid most of the time and only comes out at night, but trying a nerite for 4 months in a co2 tank did however corrode its shell.
I rely on pond snails now in my tank and remove them during wc if their numbers increases.

i have seen the snails in my friend tank gets out of control breeding. :P It can get disgusting after sometime so be careful.![]()
