Where do you stay? It would be easier if someone knows your location and hence direct you to the nearest LFS.
I think even some of the smaller and/or less popular neighbourhood LFS may carry them.

I've gotten mine yesterday! i think the stocks just came yesterday at seaview.
left 2 when i left (black emperors).. one gold coin each.
the blue emperors were more plentiful and going at a cheaper price
I sighted these at the LFS beside Petmart (The biggest one) last night, tankful.
