    my "new" nano tank setup ...

    Substrate :

    ADA Africana soil

    Flora : Mini Nana petite

    Fauna : 11 Boraras brigattae around 1.8cm

    equipment :

    7 inch nano tank

    dymax hang on filter

    LED lighting 6 bulb

    that does not look like nana petite but maybe that what emerse nana petite look a like

    Hi Freshfish, Actually there no need for filter when keep Boraras brigittae.
    I keep them in about same tank size as your but i put moss and plant. Provide more hiding place for them to feel safe. And i have not change water for 2month. If you use ADA amaonia soil (blackone) the brigittae should show nice color when they feel safe and stable. Have fun.

    i didnt know no need filter lol ... will take it out soon.

    If you can afford to keep the filter, do so, there is no harm in leaving it there. I also agree that more plants is needed.
