By the way, if there is no red dot in the centre of the shrimp will be better. Cross strain with hino might be possible. Try to avoid if you want pure.
what is a cross strain with hino???
silane
These 2 CRS win any normal mosura that has no red dots at the center, for their color being thick which also cover the rostrum.
The mindset of CRS keeping in Singapore still pattern, but in advanced country like Japan and Taiwan, they go for the pattern. In Japan, a thick color near hino from famous breeder can cost $400 while a mosura of normal color can be $40. So for those 2, color counts, not pattern.
HI Nasty true that color is important but if want to breed then must start with a better pattern than the color. I have Grade C change into Grade A in color but white thickness only slightly improved. (temperature 22~25) The shrimplets have more white on the fans than the adult ones. Temperature is the most critical factor for breeding CRS. 2nd is the water condition then the food. Anyway i already almost want to give up the whole tank of hino because of some failed experiments on them and also because sulawesi shrimps.
perhaps you still don't get it.... pattern trend is outdated. color trend is the in thing now, a hino that is thick color worth more then a mosura that is normal color. So for the TS to start with thick color, irregards of the pattern is the correct way. You may have heard of pure red line or deep red line, their mosura, alway has a small red dot at the back, because their red is so thick that not easy to get rid of the red dot, but japanese still paying a lot more for then then a flowerhead
now days people going for more solid white or i can say colour than patten. as some bro had say. that why i had bought this 2 solid CRS
