Welcome to the forum, Joel. By the way, I think the short form for killifish is killies and not killis.

Reading what you wrote about having been in love with killies for a year but not knowing that this forum exists, I wonder how many more such people are there in Singapore.

thanks for the correction ! Well, my killifish hobby started pretty 'lonely' as I searched through the web, ask around...

not to mention the $$$ spent because I have so little knowledge about them. I stopped searching throught the web for a while and rear my killifes my own ways...

infact I treated them more like my betta. I actually hold them in betta tanks !!

For anyone who got bitten by the killie bug a year ago, it can't be 'lonely'. "LONELY" is starting off during the late 90's and nobody gives a hoot about killifishes and you have no one to talk to!

In such small tanks, I'm sure you would have spent money replacing dried kamakazi killies!! You'd have realized by now that these buggers are great jumpers! We live and learn.
