the green plant on the left not sure name

my e.tenellus seems abit sparsed. do i need to plant more to get a dense foreground?
also thinking of changing the lights to a 55w pl together with a 20w fl pink, total 75w.
adding in 2 pots of stem plants (suggestions pls) these few days.

all comments and advise greatly appreciated.
    thanks

    Tank

Change yours to a 36 watts standard daylight tube (6000K - 8000K) will do. Try not to push your tank limit by adding 55watts light. Try to keep it around 3 wpg. Over 4 wpg plant requirements become weird. Not to mention the CO2 intake will be very high and algae.

If you need v. spiralis again. PM me. I have them. Willing to give it to you FOC

That looks like rotala indica. Looks like your NO3 is lean and it's giving a very nice color.

This looks more like N. rubra than tiger lotus (N. zenkeri 'Red'). Perhaps a closer shot?
