Canadian Moss ???

I just came back from Vancouver and found some moss growing wild in a park. I did take some pictures and was wondering if anyone can ID this moss.

Those are beautiful moss !
You will need to provide a specimen if you want it to be ID. ID from photo is difficult even for the expert, unless there is a moss expert from Canada in this forum reading your post ;-)

guess you are right, however i did try but was caught by the park ranger
