    Hi there,

One of my Yamato hatched about 200+ larvae yesterday evening . Hence, would like to pull some experiences from the forumers !

I've read Mike Noren's article and intend to follow his approach in rearing the larvae. This is what I've so far:
    • Tank: 5L round gold-fish tank; half filled.
Water: Collected from a river mouth leading to sea during high tide, guesstimate 60-70% salt water; filtered with fish net.
      Aeration: Airstone with reduced flow.
Lighting: Reflected light from a 40W PL.
      Temp: Room (28C - 30C).

I'd like to hear the experiences from those who've tried rearing the larvae to adult shrimps. All advice are welcomed !!

Besides, how important is the lighting for the larvae growth ? And, I presume aeration is a plus but not necessary.

    Thank you very much...

    -Heng
