Chinese New Year Tank

i'm going to set up my first Chinese New Year tank as decoration in the living room.
It's a 2 feet tank, open concept with hanging PH light from the celing.
Plants i'm going to be using is...
Back >>> Twisted bamboo shoot one roll at the back, which are the taller ones with all the twist out of the water surface.
front and middle >>> red plants, just any red plants, to bring up the colour.

Fishes, don't know yet haven't decide.
But my tank is already on cycle period, will be getting the bamboo shoots and red plants once i'm free.

Any suggestions or comments?

yeah man u mush show us pics!! i also want to start another tank (small 2 feet) for chinese new year! but in my room!!! haha... then after that i'll do my 5 feet!!!
