I was examining peat with annual killie eggs and found some microworms on the inner surface of the plastic bag. They have been there at least one month may-be up to 3.5 months.
    Good or bad?
    Can microworms jeopardize healthy eggs?

Don't worry too much. The micro worms will not cause the eggs to turn bad. Bt you'll have to air the eggs more frequently and maintain the peat dryer. This way the micro worms will not be as active. I've experience eggs incubate in peat with alot of blackworms in it and the eggs still develop and hatches.

As mention, just air it more frequently and keep the peat dry.

Erik, welcome to our little corner and am glad you managed to figure your way here (wondered where you got the cue from? )

As Au have mentioned it, frequent drying will keep both worms and eggs alive.
I'm back & keeping 'em fingers wet,
    Ronnie Lee
