Need help determining Filter Size for 4ft Planted Tank

Hi,

I am a newbie wanna be planning a 4ft x 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft tank.

I wanted to use an Atman Filter.

I understand that AT3336 = 800l/h and AT3337 = 1000l/h
And tank volume is about 243l.
And reading from the postings, a AT3336 seems OK, but I am not sure.
(3 x 243 = 729l so a 800l/h would circulate the water 3 times in an hour)

How many fish can I keep with many plants if I use AT3336?
Is it better to have AT3337?
Would the AT3337 be too big for the setup?

don't worry about the biofilter load
with plants, the filters don't play that much of a role
what kind of fish/numbers are you thinking of?

Thank you for responding.

I am thinking to keep Tetras, some shrimps, and other fishes.
I hope to keep about 50 to 60 animals in all to make it more lively.

Intend to plant some riccia in the foreground and other plants in the background.

Will be thinking of using DIY CO2,
160 Watts of Lighting

So what filter is suitable for me?
Atman 3336 or 3337?

Do you know what is the meaning 100 to 120 cm tank size written on the box
of the atman filter? I thought size should be in Litres.

in singapore, many people think in terms of tank size by length, not by water holding capacity
the atman filters apparently cater to us
i would say go for the bigger filter
for that small increase in price, you get more filtration ability
no sense going lower, really

50~60 animals sounds fine, but try not to have really big ones, yeah?

I've no experienec with Atman filter but DEA specifications sounds fine.

With regards to the lights, it's gonna be wee bit insufficientesp if you're intending to grow Riccia as they tend to be light, CO2 and nutrient hungry.
