What is your tank's temperature? I can understand problems with the AUS and BIT but the GAR are never difficult to spawn. Do you by chance have Malaysian trumpet snails in the planted tanks? They will eat the eggs.

You can try putting the GAR and AUS over a bed of course gravel for a few days (after conditioning) and then adopt the wait and see approach. This normally produces lots of fry very quickly.
