    Hi,

Can any one tell me are there any king killie that can grow to the length of 7 inches?? If yes, any pictures of them too?

    Thank you.

    N. occellatus can apperently reach monstrous sizes. I have only seen 6 inch specimens but I'm told those were the "small" ones. The "big" ones were too big to put in bags to take home from Tanzania. Megalebias wolterstorfi can apparently also reach monstrous sizes but nothing nearly as larger as "big" occellatus from what I am told.

This should bring up a good selection of pics thanks to Google.

I think Bob Morenski breeds them but from what I am told they are not good aquarium candidates. The eat each other from day 1 and tend to be very aggressive.

    Hello Tyrone Genade,

Thank you for your kind information and link to the pictures. If they are so aggressive, I wont want them in my tanks too..

If you really want a monster killie, try Megalebias monstrosus.
