Because you have so many females it is unlikely that you will be able to set them up in a permanet setup or spawn them on mops as the nonspawning females will eat the eggs.
Setup a good size tank (at least 40cm long) with a thin layer of course gravel (nothing else). Introduce the male and then put a differnt female in with him each day (or second day). When the cycle is done move him out, add some mild aeration and watch the tank. In due course the tank will be swarming with fry.
The fry can be fed on baby brine shrimp on hatching but would probably also take a powder fry food from Tetra or Azoo...
