    Hi everyone,

I was at sungei tengah two weeks ago and I saw some fishes with a white spot on top of their head swimming inside a pond at my dad's friend farm. He told me that they are difficult to catch and I can keep whatever that I manage to catch. It so happened that I manage to caught three of them and brought them home. I realised that they looks like killies, only thing is that I don't know what's the name.

I have uploaded their pictures here:

Can someone help me identify them? Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,
    Boon Hong

I believe it is Aplochelius panchax - (Blue Panchax) which can be found locally.

Kho got it right, it is indeed Aplocheilus panchax. They're very fast swimmers and not very easy to catch.
    Fish.. Simply Irresistable

    Anyone wants to keep them?

    Hi all,

I realised that they are very good jumper too, and I had to lower down my water level or risk finding them dried up outside the tank. As such, I would like to give them away or if possible trade them for a small amount of xmas moss or any other things which fellow forummer have in excess.

    Thanks.

    Cheers,
