hi guys.. just took pics of my newly setup planted in a 2.5ft by 1.5ft by 2ft..
cant really see the effects im trying to achieve now mainly because the plants not tall enough yet and also most plants are in their emersed form.. still waiting for them to transform...

Size: 2.5ft by 1.5ft by 2ft
Lighting: 4X36W ( currently 8 hrs daily.. will increase to 10 soon)
Filtration: eheim 2213
Co2: 2-3bps
Substrate: 5-7cm of JBL base fert + 2cm gravel

Nice size tank. Very bright.
Only advise is: Get a CO2 reactor to increase the efficiency of injecting CO2.

CK Yeo: yea.. planning to get an external reactor soon.. cause i feel its taking up space although its quite nice to look at
yes
you'll realise you'll have to thin them out when they start to grow well
but i'd rather thin them out after initial dense planting than to plant thinly and get algae problems
